Adding games singularly allows users to add more details regarding the game.
#1. Opponent - Select an opponent for the game. Use the Add Opponent link to input additional opponents for meets and tournaments that the school is hosting.
#2. Location - Select Home if the school is hosting the event and select Away if the opponent school is hosting.
#3. Facility Type - Three types available. On Campus, Off Campus, and School. Conflicts will only appear for On Campus facilities. Check the "@Home School" box to default the facility to the Home School.
#4. Contract Details - Enter details regarding the contract if necessary.
#5. Send Contract - Users can now opt whether or not the game is ready to have the contract signed. If checked, the event contract will be sent to the opposing school(s).
#6. Show More Options - Click this link to expand the page to input additional details for the event. Options in this section are not required to add the game to the schedule.
#7. Title - Add a title to the game.
#8. Event Staff - Add staff that will be assisting in supervising the event.
#9. Dismissal - Set a date/time for when athletes will need to be dismissed from class for the game.
#10. Transportation - Note the transportation type as well as departure date/time and return date/time.
#11. Notes - Add any specific notes pertaining to this game.
#12. Email Staff - Select staff members from the Event Staff to forward game details.
