Clearances will not automatically be activated for the upcoming school year. Home Campus relies on schools to notify them when they are ready to be activated to ensure that clearances are activated with updated requirements included.
School Administrators can use the green "Open, Close, or Edit Clearances" button found on the top of the main Athletic Clearance page to be linked to a Clearance Request form. Upon completion, this form will be forward to Home Campus staff. Make sure to have all updated documents and requirements prepared when completing the request form.
Please allow Home Campus staff 1-2 business days to respond to the request. Response times during peak times (May - August) may be longer. Please plan accordingly and complete the request form as early as possible. Clearance requests will only be accepted from School Administrator account holders.
