School Administrator accounts can assist Athletic Clearance users who do not remember the password to their Athletic Clearance accounts by sending a password reset link to the email address used as the account username.
Locate the student's information on Clearances > Students > View All Sports Activity > Find the student's clearance > Click on the student's row or the pencil icon in the right-most column to view the account > Click on the blue hyperlink titled Reset AC User Password > Once redirected, click "Send Password Reset Link" to send link to account's email username
