Explaining the Statuses (Florida)

In Progress -  Not all required fields have been completed. In Progress clearances cannot be set to Cleared or Practice only. They can only be Denied. Denied athletes cannot participate in practice or competition. 

Pending -  All required fields have been completed and clearance is awaiting review and action from a School Administrator account. Can be updated to Cleared, Practice Only, or Denied. Pending athletes cannot participate in practice or competition. 

Denied - Reviewed by a School Administrator and determined to have missing requirements. Denied athletes cannot participate in practice or competition. 

Practice Only - Reviewed by a School Administrator and cleared to practice but cannot participate in competition. 

Cleared - Reviewed by a School Administrator and cleared to practice and compete.

Expiring Soon - The expiration date on the physical is set to expire within the next 60 days.

Physical Expired - The expiration date on the physical has elapsed. The athlete is not eligible to practice or compete until a new physical has been submitted and reviewed.
