Adding Events One by One

Use this feature to add events in with detail.  You can quickly add multiple games and events in this section by clicking Save & Duplicate. This will save the information so you can add in another game that has similar details. 

Example: Enter in the JV Game Details first then click Save & Duplicate.  Change the details that are different such as Level and Game Time and you will have entered in another game.  

Click Events - Add Event

• Choose Event Type
• Select Event Date from Calendar
• Use drop down to select sport
• Choose Level
• Type in Opponent
  • Click Blue + button for Multiple Opponents
• Select Game Type
• Choose Location
• Enter in Start Time

Add in Other Details of the Event

• Select Facility Type
• Choose Facility
• Use drop down to Select Event Staff
  • Add in Event Staff by clicking the gray Add Event Staff Button
  • Click the Blue + button to add additional staff members
• Use drop down to select Transportation
  • Add Transportation Types by clicking the gray Add transportation button
• Input Depart and Return Date & Time
• Type in any additional details about Transportation

Click Save to add the Event to the Calendar.
