Assign Students to a Roster

To Assign Student-Athletes to a Roster:

• Click Student Clearances - Bulk Update
• Select Action - Assign to Teams
• Select Sport from the drop down menu
• Check off Student-Athletes 
  • Only Student-Athletes who are cleared or set to practice only will populate this list.
• Use drop-down menu to choose the Level 
• Click Save 

To Remove a Student-Athlete from a Roster

• Select Teams - Team Manager in the left navigation bar. 
• Click on the level icon of the sport.
• Click the Roster tab.
• Check off the student-athlete in the left column. 
• Click Delete. 

The student-athlete will be removed from the roster. This will not  delete the athletic clearance application.
