Bulk Update

Bulk Update allows users to update or modify multiple students' application information at once. Click on Student-Clearances and select Bulk Update. 

Bulk Update functions include:

• Assign to Teams: Roster student-athletes who have a Cleared or Practice Only application.
• Enter Physical Date: Schools that host a physical night can mass enter physical dates for athletes.
• GPA Import: Import all student-athlete GPAs using an excel file. 
• Print Emergency Cards: Print emergency cards for selected athletes. This action is also available to School User accounts. 
• Update Notes: Add the same note to multiple student-athlete applications.
