School Administrators with access to the Students Module can populate the Student Database. This option is available to schools that do not utilize the Athletic Clearance feature.
Schools can populate their Student Database in one of three ways.
1. One-by-One: Click the Blue Plus icon and select Add One by One to add new students to the database. Complete all required fields, denoted with a red asterisk (*), and click Save at the bottom of the page to add the student.
2. Via Roll Over (Recommended): Click the Student Rollover button to transfer students located in the previous year's database to the current year. Athletes will automatically be advanced a grade level and any other data, such as the EL2 and EL3 dates, will be copied over. Schools that are planning on using multiple methods of adding students to their database are recommended of taking this step first.
3. Via Import: Click the Blue Plus icon and select Import From File to add new students via import. Download the template on the page and update the import file with matching columns before importing.
The following order of operations is recommended to populate the student database most efficiently:
1. Roll Over
2. Import
3. Add any left over students individually
