Explaining the Modules (Florida)

Listed below is an explanation of the available modules. Modules denoted with an asterisk (*) are recommended for School Users. Please grant access to Athletic Administrators and Coaches accordingly.

Module	Explanation
Academic Team Champions	Allows the user to complete Academic Team Champion submissions.
Add Drop Forms	Allows the user to complete Add/Drop Form to request sports to be added/upgraded or removed/downgraded in the hierarchy.
Athletic Clearance*	Allows users to view the Athletic Clearance information submitted by parents/students. School Administrator accounts will be able to view details and update the status for clearances while School User accounts will only be able to view registrants and their statuses. All user types can assign athletes to rosters and send out emails through this page. Granting access to this module will also allow the user to access the Home Campus East app to review clearance data on their mobile devices and generate digital emergency cards.
Athletic Faculty	Allows users to view/update school faculty information. Updating the Athletic Faculty page will be reflected on the directory.
Classifieds	Allows the users to input classified ads
Coaches	This module grants access to coaches information that has been input into FHSAA Home. Coaches Clearance users will see all cleared coaches while regular users will see a list of coaches that have been input by the school.
Coaches Clearance	Allows users to view the Coaches Clearance information submitted by coaches.
Ejections	Coming soon!
Eligibility Forms	Allows the user to input, manage, and respond to EL Forms created on behalf of student athletes.
Emails*	Send emails with attachments to athletes who have signed up via AthleticClearance.com or to those already Rostered on the Team's page. Sent messages will be archived below for the school's records. **This feature is available to Athletic Clearance users only.
Event Contracts	Allow access to view Contracts and respond to contracts. Available contracts will be dependent on the Sport Permissions an account has access to.
Event Staff	Add members to the Event Staff database. Contact information that has been added to the Event Staff page will be eligible to be added to specific events.
Events*	Permission to this module will grant users access to the Event Permissions modules. Check off the different event types that users will be able to add to the calendar under Event Permissions.
Facilities	Manage facilities that are attached to events. Add On Campus Facilities to assist in facilities management and Off Campus facilities to attach addresses for events.
Files Library	Allow the user to see information provided by the FHSAA under the Important Information section on the Teams page.
Levels	Users with access to the Levels Manager module can add/remove levels that appear on the Teams page.
Playoff Finances	This module will allow users to view and update invoices and forms related to playoffs.
Reports	Allow the user to create excel reports of data that has been input into Home Campus.
Sanction Forms	Access to this module will allow the user to add and update Sanction Event Forms.
School Directory	Allow the user to view the School Directory which houses School Information, Athletic Faculty Information, and Information regarding Coaches and Sports fielded for each member school.
School Enrollment Form	Access to this module will allow the user to add and update School Enrollment Form.
School Info	This module will allow the user to view and update their school's information that is available via the School Directory.
Season Eligibility	Access to this module will allow the user to add and update Season Eligibility Form.
Shop	Review payments made through the shops page on Athletic Clearance. Filter payments to search by date and create reports showing payments. **This feature is available to Athletic Clearance users only.
Sport Declarations	Access to this module will allow the user to add and update Sport Declaration Form.
State Series Pass Form	Access to this module will allow the user to add and update State Series Pass Form.
Students	Allow the user to view and update information on the Students page. Only allow access for users who can update Student information to this module!
Tasks	Granting access to this module will allow users to view tasks that have been assigned to their Athletic Faculty type by the FHSAA. This may include responses to Eligibility Forms, Playoff Finances, and updating Users and Athletic Faculty.
Teams*	Users with access to the Teams tab can view a team's roster, schedule, and important information provided by the FHSAA on a single page.
Add Roster*	The Add Roster option will become available once a user has been granted access to the Teams module. Granting access to this module will allow the user to update their roster from the Teams page.
Transportation	Add and manage transportation to be added under Event details.
Users	Manage access to FHSAA Home through the Users Manager page.
Widgets	Display and share data that has been input into Home Campus. Paste the widget code onto a website or into third party calendar to share live data from a Home Campus account!

*Event Permissions

Allowing access to the Events module by itself will not allow a user to be able to add or edit games. Make sure to update the types of events each account should be able to update under the Event Permissions box.

Email Notifications

Checking off one of the email notifications box will notify a user when that type of form has been updated.

Feature	Notifications Received
Add/Drop Form	Receive notifications when an Add/Drop request has been updated by an FHSAA Administrator.
Coaches Clearance	Receive monthly notifications when there are certifications that are expired or expiring soon.
Eligibility Forms	Receive notifications when an Eligibility Form has been updated by an FHSAA Administrator.
Physical Expiration	Receive monthly notifications when there are physicals that are expired or expiring soon.
