Academic Award Teams

Apply for Academic Team Honors 

• Click Forms
• Select Academic Award Teams
  
  • All previously submitted applications will populate in the table. 
• Click the + Icon
• Select the Sport 
• Import student from Team Page: this will populate the students who are on the sports Team Page. 
  
  • Check off the student Athletes and click Add.
  • Edit the student-athlete information if needed. 
• Import from Excel File: Use an excel file to import students First Name, Last Name & GPA.
  • Upload the document and click Add. 
  • Edit the student-athlete information if needed. 
• Add Student Athlete One-by-One
  • Enter First Name, Last Name & GPA Click Add.
• Click Save for Later to come back and edit the form. 
• Click Submit to submit the Academic Awards Honors to the section office.
