CBEDs Form

The CBEDs form provides a breakdown of the school's population based on number of students per grade and must be completed yearly. 

To submit the CBEDs form:

• Click Forms
• Select CBEDS Form
  • All former CBEDS forms submitted will be listed in the table. 
  • View these forms by clicking the Eye icon.
• Click the + Button
• Enter in all Information 
• Click Save Form

You can edit the form until the Section office closes the CBEDs form by clicking the pencil icon.
