Click on Users – Users Manager in the Left-Hand Navigation Bar to see all of the Users associated with your school.
To Edit a User
- Click the Pencil Icon to the Right of the User
- Type in and Edit the New Information Click Save
To Edit User Permissions
- Click the Pencil Icon to the Right of the User
- Under Jobs Click on the Pencil Icon
- Check off the Permissions you would like for the User to Have
- For Head Coach or Assistant Coach Jobs, if you only want the Coach to have access to their sport make sure there are no permissions selected under the Jobs section. Only have the permissions checked off under their specific team Assignment.
- Team Assignments
- Click on the Pencil Icon next to the Team
- Check off the Permissions you would like the User to have
- Click Add Team Assignment to assign them to another Team
