Activation Date/Projected Close Date

Schedule clearance activations and closures for the future using the Activation Date and Projected Close Date fields. Users can customize activation and closure dates by sport/activity!

Activation Date - Set a date to automatically activate clearances! Use the current date to activate upon approval or set a future date to activate. 

Projected Close Date - Set a date to automatically close clearances. Remember, closing clearances means that athletes will no longer be able to create new registrations for that sport. Users will still be able to access existing data on Home Campus.
