To sign a form, click in the text field "Student signature here" or "Parent signature here" below the text field for each document, and proceed to type out either the student or parent's name in the blank text field. To view the text of the document, you can scroll through the provided text box. If a user wishes to view the full PDF version of the document, click the paperclip icon next to the title to downloaded the document to the device.
The typed signatures need to be an exact match of the names entered on the Student and Parent Info sections in order to be considered valid. These fields are also case sensitive, so please keep this in mind. If the signatures do not match, users will receive a message informing them of which document(s) need to be corrected as well as a notification showing what the correct signature needs to be in order to be considered valid. Users should be able to copy and paste the name found in the error message to complete the signature section!
