How do I create an account? (Athletic Clearances in Florida)

Creating a new Athletic Clearance account can be completed in 4 easy steps!

Step 1: Go to AthleticClearance.com.

Step 2: Select the Florida from the list of state options. 

Step 3: Click Create an Account. Complete all fields including the human verification. Make sure to use a valid email address and password.

Step 4: Log into account using Email Address/Password Combination.
