Legacy User Migration

Legacy User Migration takes your existing users from the previous FHSAA system into HomeCampus — all at once. We don’t auto-create accounts because not everyone in the old system still belongs at your school. This quick review ensures only current staff get access to your school’s data.

To get started, go to Users → Legacy User Migration in the left navigation bar.

Reviewing Your Users

Your migrated users will appear with their name, email, position, and team assignment. Review each one and fix any fields highlighted in red before taking action.

• Red Sport and Level fields must be filled in before an account can be created.
• Use the search bar to find a specific user.
• Use the All Positions and All Statuses drop-down to filter the list.

Choosing an Action for Each User

For each person on the list, choose one of three options:

• Create Account (Recommended) — Sets up the account with standard permissions. Best for most coaches and staff.
• Customize (Choose Access) — Use this for anyone who needs more than standard team access.
• Ignore (Do Not Add) — Removes the user entirely. Use this for anyone who no longer needs access to your school.
