Click the “Add Event” tab in the left hand navigation bar then select whether you would like to add events Add Event or Add Multiple
Add Event – best for inputting event details i.e. Facility, Event Staff, Dismissal Times & Transportation Details . This is where you will add in Practices, Team Events, School Events and Non-School Events in addition to games.
Add Multiple – best for entering games in quickly with basic information i.e Date, Location, Time & Opponent. This option is only for Games.
Game: Sporting contests that are applied to a team's total games and record.
Practice: Schedule and track a team's practice and training schedule.
Team Event: Save the date for additional events relating to specific teams (i.e. team pictures, end-of-season banquet, etc).
School Event: Track additional events that may occur on campus that are not related to athletics. Attach facilities to avoid double booking or overlapping events.
Non-School Event: Manage events that occur on-campus with outside organizations (i.e. sports clubs, community organizations, etc).
