Schools can utilize the Shop/Donation page to collect donations and fees associated with athletics and activities or to sell specific items for their Athletic Department.
Select whether or not you would like to have a Shop/Donation page at the end of the Athletic Clearance Process.
Select whether or not you would like to have a description and/or image with your Donation request.
To add an item to sell on your Shop/Donation page:
- Click add item.
- Name the item in the "Title" field.
- Add description of item.
- Select if the product has sizes. If select "Yes" choose sizes.
- Choose picture of item (if no picture selected School logo will be default picture)
- Enter price.
- Click submit.
Home Campus will collect payments on behalf of the school and forward payment to schools at the beginning of each month. Users with access to the Shop Module can review and filter payments that were made. The Shop module will also provide users with the ability to generate reports of the received payments.
