Once a clearance has had its Status updated, existing files cannot be deleted or replaced. If files must be deleted, please contact the school's Athletic Department and they can assist with the request.
Go to the Files Page of your Athletic Clearance account. Click Browse (#1) and locate the file from the computer or device's directory. Once all required documents, as denoted by red asterisks (*), have been uploaded and click Save & Continue (#2) this will set your clearances status back to Pending unless a clearance currently has a status of cleared.
