Users with access to this module can create reports of information that has been input into their Home Campus accounts. All reports can be customized using dropdown options and by selecting check-box options.
Types of Reports:
Athletic Faculty: With this, users can generate a report of all athletic faculty members who have information listed in Home Campus. Dropdown options can be used to narrow down the "qualifications." Options include: Class, Conference, LEA and Region.
Coaches: Users can generate a report of coaches information entered on the coaches page. Can filter based upon: Year, Sport, Level, Class, Conference, LEA, Region and Type.
Directory: The Directory Report allows users to generate a report with a school's general information: Name, Address, Phone # etc.
Student/Roster: ONLY AVAILABLE TO CLEARANCE UPGRADE USERS. This page will generate a Student Report with all information entered on the Students page, a Roster report with the names of students who have been added to Team rosters, a Roster PDF which is often used to give to game announcers, and a Certificate Report.
COVID-19 Screening: ONLY AVAILABLE TO CLEARANCE UPGRADE USERS. Generate a report for a team's roster. Allows users to screen athletes and have a physical copy of a report to fill out.
Master Schedules: Users can generate a report of all scheduled events (practices, games, or other events). The list can be customized to include either specific sports, levels, opponents, locations etc.
Team Schedules: Team Schedules is a report that will show team specific events: games, practices or team events. The details of games can also be shown. For example, results, contract details, event staff and transportation details.
