Switching a Student's Sport (Clearances) 

Clearances > View Sport > Student Folder

Switching the sport will remove this student from the current sport (Baseball in this example), and move the clearance to the new sport. THIS DOES NOT DUPLICATE THE CLEARANCE TO AN ADDITIONAL SPORT.
