What if the signature forms are different for each sport that I register for? (Athletic Clearances in California)

Sometimes the school may require unique signature forms for some of their sports. If the Multiple Sport Function is used to copy the clearance data from one sport to another, unique forms for the additional sports will not automatically be signed. Once redirected back to the Athletic Clearance Home Page, the Signature section reads Incomplete. Click on the pencil icon and complete any empty signature fields to complete the registration for the additional sports.
