Once a sport is chosen, find all the games/scores that have been entered on Home Campus/CIF Home. Choose the games to add to your Playoff Entry Form or "Skip" and enter the games by hand. 

All information on this page is required with the exception of Assistant Coach information.  Save the form and come back to it later at any point. Once the form is complete, click "Submit".
